Swimming helps me to regain health. I was rather weak and my joints were often stiff. So, you can probably see I missed
a lot of fun from sports. This summer, in response to the advice of my good friends, I pick up this physical activity
- swimming. After just a few swimming sessions, I started to see a noticeable difference in the flexibility of my
joints. Now I couldn't stop it - I swim almost every day.
Fine wine and dining
Nothing seems better than having a good meal with good friends in a nice and warm environment. This year, I am fortunate
enough to have so many opportunties to share good food and wine with my beloved friends. I must say I can't ask for more.
